THE ROWAN HALL METHOD

Technique first, trophies second

Most academies chase early results. We build strokes that survive pressure — which means slower progress at eight and much faster progress at fourteen. Every player, from red ball to the elite programme, is taught the same swing shapes by coaches who talk to each other every week.

  • 01Assessed, not auditionedNew players get a full session with a senior coach before any squad decision.
  • 02One syllabus, twelve courtsWritten stage-by-stage syllabus so a change of coach never means starting over.
  • 03Parents in the loopA written review each term and an open coaching day every half term.
