Full-Time Elite runs longer than the school year: 1 September — 18 December, 5 January — 2 April and 20 April — 24 July, with two compulsory rest weeks in August.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

How and when you pay

Direct debit

Collected on the 1st of each month, twelve equal payments across the year. Nothing changes over the holidays — the annual fee is spread evenly.

Termly in advance

Pay the whole term before it starts. Full-Time Elite families paying a term ahead receive a 3% discount.

Camps and extras

Holiday camps, tournament entries and kit are invoiced separately and paid on booking.

CANCELLATION

Leaving a programme

Notice periods differ by programme because coaching groups are planned a term ahead.

Mini & JuniorTwo weeks’ notice in writing to change or leave a group. Fees already paid for a term are credited to the next block, not refunded.
Performance SquadsOne month’s notice in writing. A squad place cannot be paused mid-term except for injury certified by our physio.
Full-Time EliteOne term’s notice in writing. Boarding is charged to the end of the notice period.
Adult Coaching & ClubOne month’s notice. Membership is rolling and can restart at any point without a new joining fee.

Missed sessions

Sessions missed by a player are not refunded or carried over. A player away for four weeks or more with a medical note may pause fees.

Weather

Ten of our twelve courts play year-round. If a session is cancelled by the academy it is rescheduled within the same term.

Injury

Fees are paused from the date a physio note is received. The place is held for the length of the term.

Fee review

Fees are reviewed once a year and confirmed by 1 June for the following academic year.

Come and play first, decide after

Juniors and adults take a free taster. Squad and elite entrants attend a trial. Nothing is charged before a coach has seen the player on court.
