Agreement
These terms apply to every player, member, parent and visitor at Rowan Hall. Booking a trial, a camp or a programme place means accepting them. Where a programme has its own written offer, that offer takes precedence over anything inconsistent here.

Trials and assessments
BookingA trial request is not a booking. A place exists once we confirm a date in writing.
FeesJunior and adult trials are free. Squad trial blocks are £45 and elite assessment weeks £150, both credited against the first month if a place is taken.
OutcomeA trial does not guarantee a place. Placement decisions are made by the coaching team and communicated in writing within one week.

Programme places
Term commitmentPlaces run by term. Fees are payable in twelve equal monthly instalments or a term in advance.
NoticeTwo weeks for the junior pathway, one month for squads and adult membership, one term for the full-time elite programme.
Group changesWe may move a player between groups on coaching grounds, having discussed it with the player and their parents first.
Missed sessionsNot refunded or carried over. Sessions cancelled by the academy are rescheduled within the same term.

Camps and events
PaymentCamps are paid on booking and are not included in any programme fee.
Group placementChildren are grouped by age and by a short assessment on the first morning, and may be moved during the week.
CollectionLate collection beyond 15:30 is charged at £8 a day. Persistent late collection may end a booking.

Use of the site
Court bookingMembers may book off-peak courts through the office. Courts booked and not used twice in a term may lose booking rights for the rest of it.
ConductRacket abuse, audible obscenity and abuse of officials are treated the same in a squad session as in a match. Repeated conduct issues may end a place without refund.
Children on siteChildren not in a session are the responsibility of their parents, including in the clubhouse and on the grounds.
PropertyRowan Hall is not liable for personal property left on site. Lost property is held at the desk for two weeks.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability to any player or member is limited to the fees paid in the term in which the claim arises. Players take part in coaching and competition at their own risk and are asked to disclose any medical condition affecting participation.

Changes and governing law
Fees are reviewed once a year and confirmed by 1 June for the following academic year. These terms may be updated, with material changes notified by email at least one month before they take effect. The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
