Velobet now confirms withdrawals with Face ID or Touch ID on its app, replacing the password-and-email loop that the operator says accounted for most of its payment complaints. In the quarter since launch, the operator reports withdrawal disputes down by half and the average time from request to confirmation down from eleven minutes to under one.

Velobet’s usability score of 9.6 is the highest in the guide and its payments score rose from 8.8 to 9.0 on the new flow. The average football margin of 4.8% remains the reason it sits fifth rather than higher; the app is the reason it sits there rather than lower.
