Who it is for
The player this is built for
Adults at Rowan Hall are grouped by standard, not by how long they have played. A first-timer and a returning county player would not be in the same group, but both start the same way: a short assessment on a Wednesday evening, then a place in the group that fits. Membership is rolling and there is no joining fee.
Weekly schedule
A week in the programme
Pick one slot and keep it through the term. Box leagues and the Sunday round-robin are open to all members at no extra cost.
Coaching structure
How the coaching is organised
Six players to a coach, matched by standard. Groups are reviewed each term and you can move between them without any fuss.

Fitness & cardio tennis
The work off the court
Nothing compulsory. Cardio tennis on a Wednesday evening is an hour of continuous play set to music, and the S&C suite is open to adult members with a one-off induction.
Match & tournament programme
Where players compete
The club side of Rowan Hall runs all year. Box leagues sort themselves out monthly, and the Sunday round-robin needs no booking at all.
