Ninety withdrawals, six at each of the fifteen operators in our guide, requested at different times of day and on different days of the week, each timed from the request to the money being available in the receiving account. The fastest cleared in forty minutes. The slowest took forty-seven hours. The published window in every review now comes from these ninety.
Harbour was the only operator whose six all landed inside two hours, including a Sunday-evening request to a bank account. Stadion and Marlin averaged under three hours and under four. At the other end, Foxglove’s slowest took nearly two days and its fastest fourteen hours; Tallow and Pelagic sat between twelve and twenty-four. The middle of the table — most of the guide — clusters between four and twelve hours, with the time of day mattering more than the operator.
Two findings changed scores. Harbour’s payments score rose after a challenge earlier in the year, recorded on the contact page, and this exercise confirmed the revised figure. Stadion’s window was re-timed on ordinary days after a bank-holiday measurement in March had understated it. Both changes are dated on the reviews.
What we time is funds available, not “processed” — the status most operators quote, which can arrive a day before the money does. The withdrawals guide explains the four causes of delay we saw and what to do about each.
