What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you hold over it.
Anything unclear in this document goes to the editorial desk, not to a legal mailbox.
Contact usWhat we collect
Newsletter subscribers give an email address. Enquiry forms collect the name, email and message you type. Analytics collects aggregate page views, referrers and device type. We do not ask for, or hold, any financial or betting-account information.
Why we collect it
To send the newsletter you asked for, to answer the enquiry you sent, and to understand which pages readers use. Nothing is collected for profiling or sold to third parties, and we never pass your details to a bookmaker.
Affiliate tracking
Clicking through to an operator passes a tracking code that tells them the visit came from us. That code identifies this site, not you. What happens in your account afterwards is between you and the operator, under their privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Enquiry correspondence for two years. Analytics in aggregate for 26 months, with no individual-level retention.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the general enquiries desk at hello@oddsmark.example and we will answer within one month.
Jurisdiction note
This template describes a UK/EU-style regime. The final publisher should adapt the legal basis, retention periods, supervisory authority and data-transfer sections to the jurisdiction it operates in.
Template note: this document is written for a demonstration site and is not legal advice. The final publisher should have it reviewed against the licensing, data-protection and advertising rules of every market it operates in before going live.
