Polaris Black reached a third consecutive circuit final the hard way, twice conceding a map lead before Hexa’s 31-kill Hardpoint on Sublevel turned the series.
The Search and Destroy maps remain the roster’s weak point — Kite Club won both, taking eleven of the twelve rounds they needed on defence. Ray Molnar said afterwards the team will spend the boot camp week on defensive setups before facing Veridian Nine.
Prim finished with the highest hill time of any player on the day and was named series MVP by the broadcast.
