Community Guidelines
How we expect people to behave in our chats, comments and at our events.
In chat and comments
Be direct, be decent. No harassment, no slurs, no doxxing, no spam. Criticism of a performance is fine; abuse of a person is not.
At events
Follow the venue’s rules and the stewards. Photographs of players are welcome; recordings of stage audio are not. Anyone who makes the crowd unsafe leaves.
Reporting
Report a message or a person to a moderator, or write to hello@polaris.gg with a screenshot. Reports are read by a named person and never made public.
Enforcement
A first breach is a warning, a second a time-out, a third a ban. Threats, doxxing and hate are a ban on the first occasion.
