Facility overview

One roof, Four divisions

Before January 2026 the org rented practice space by the hour and reviewed matches over a call. The house replaced all of it: ground floor for playing, first floor for thinking and filming, second floor for living.

It was designed with the coaching staff rather than for them. Anton Reuß spent six months mapping how a scrim night actually runs — who needs to be near whom, which conversations should not be overheard, and where players go when they need to stop.

Gaming stations

Eight identical stations, calibrated to the millisecond

Every seat runs the same hardware, the same peripherals and the same settings file, so a player can move between practice and match desks without touching a single slider. Two stations sit in a soundproofed booth for solo review.

Team training rooms

Two rooms, one per division on scrim nights

Each division gets a closed room on its scrim nights — five seats, a shared comms board and a wall screen mirroring every POV. Doors close at 19:00 and nobody outside the roster comes in.

Player accommodation

Six bedrooms, a kitchen that gets used

Boot camp weeks and visiting academy players live upstairs. Six single rooms, a shared kitchen and a common room with no PCs in it — the one rule the founders insisted on.
