Ordering

Prices include VAT. An order is accepted when we dispatch it; you receive a confirmation with tracking. Player edition items are one per customer and numbered in order of purchase.

EU

€5.90, free over €80.

OUTSIDE THE EU

At cost, shown at checkout. Duties are the recipient’s.

TRACKING

Sent by email when the parcel leaves.

Returns and refunds

Return unworn items in their packaging within thirty days for a full refund; return shipping inside the EU is free. Personalised and signed items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or fails within the two-year warranty, write to shop@polaris.gg with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund at your choice.
