The terms on which the club provides this website and the services you can buy through it.

These terms

By using meridianfc.example you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change them, and the date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has used it.

One person, one account. Accounts created to acquire tickets beyond the published limit are closed and the tickets cancelled.

Buying from us

A contract is formed when we send the confirmation email, not when you place the order. If we cannot supply what you ordered we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices include VAT where it applies. We correct obvious pricing errors and will always give you the choice of confirming at the right price or a full refund.

Content on this site

The club owns the crest, the club marks and the photography on this site. You may link to any page. You may not reproduce club photography commercially without written permission from the media team.

Our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for anything bought through this site is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
