Away allocations are smaller than the demand for them, so they are worked through in order of loyalty points.

Before you travel
Supporter Information
Conditions of travel on official club coaches. Booking a place means accepting them.
What the fare includes
- Return travel from the Depot Road forecourt
- Reserved seat on the coach, allocated on booking
- Stewards on every coach
- Comfort stop on journeys over sixty miles
- Refunds in full if the fixture is postponed
The match ticket is not included in the coach fare
No alcohol on board
A condition of the club’s coach licence. Coaches will not stop at licensed premises on the outward journey.
Ten minutes before departure
Coaches leave on time. We cannot wait, and there are no refunds for missed departures.
Seats are allocated
Your seat number is on your booking. Groups booked together are seated together.
Accessible coach
One wheelchair-accessible coach on every trip, bookable through the access team.
Under-16s
Must travel with an adult. Junior coach fares are half the member price.
Flags and banners
Permitted up to two metres. Larger displays need clearance from the host club.

J9 of the M6, then follow signs for the canal basin. Away parking on Vale Road industrial estate, £5.

Away travelHow do I book a coach place?
Coach travel is booked through Kingsway Ticketing at the same time as the match ticket, or separately once you hold a ticket.
What if I have my own transport?
You can buy a match ticket without coach travel. Away allocations are decided by loyalty points either way.
Where do the coaches leave from?
The Depot Road forecourt at Kingsway Park, three hours before kick-off. Parking on the Kingsway car park is free for coach travellers.
When do I get my match ticket?
Away tickets are issued digitally by the host club and appear in the app 48 hours before kick-off.
What happens if the fixture is moved for television?
Coach times move with the kick-off and you keep your place. If the new date does not suit, coach travel is refunded in full.
