What we have done to make this website and Kingsway Park usable by everyone, and what is still to do.

This website

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. The site is tested with a keyboard and with a screen reader before each release, colour contrast is checked against the palette, and every image that carries meaning has a text alternative.

Known problems

Two things fall short today, and both are scheduled:

• The ticketing provider's seat map is supplied by a third party and is not keyboard operable. The box office will book any seat by phone on 01632 960 100.
• Some match reports published before 2019 have images without alternative text. We are working backwards through the archive.

At Kingsway Park

There are 96 wheelchair spaces with a companion seat beside each, lifts to every level of the West and North Stands, an audio-descriptive commentary service, and a quiet room under the East Stand on matchdays. The access team can be reached on 01632 960 118.
