Four rules we cannot bend
They are enforced in code, not in a policy document.

No human touches a result
The moment a pick is published it is hashed with its price, stake and kickoff time. When the fixture settles, the engine reads the official result and writes the outcome. A tipster’s yield is recomputed from that ledger every time the page loads — it is never stored as a claim.

Two years, one obsession
The screenshot problem
Started as an internal spreadsheet built to check whether three tipsters we followed were actually profitable. Two were not.
Automatic grading
Built the settlement engine — picks time-stamped on publication, graded against official feeds, no manual entry anywhere in the chain.
Opened to analysts
Invited the first cohort. The condition was simple: publish everything, or publish nothing.
Public beta
Records went public before subscriptions did, so nobody could pay for a number they had not seen tested.
