Terms of service

SportPulse Analytics Ltd. (“SportPulse”, “we”) operates sportpulse.example, a marketplace where independent analysts publish sports predictions and where users can read, subscribe to and audit those predictions. These Terms govern your use of the site and any paid subscription bought through it.

By creating an account, subscribing, or publishing as an analyst you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, and you must not be excluded from gambling-related services by a self-exclusion scheme or a regulator.

You are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is lawful where you live. Access to SportPulse content is not an invitation to bet where betting is prohibited.

• One account per person. Shared, resold or automated accounts may be closed without refund.
• You must give accurate registration details and keep your login credentials private.
• We may refuse or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

Predictions published on SportPulse are the opinions of independent analysts. They are not financial advice, not a guarantee of any outcome, and not a recommendation to place any particular bet.

Historical performance shown on the site is a factual record of what an analyst published, graded automatically. It is not a forecast. A positive yield over past picks does not imply future profit, and every analyst on the platform can and will have losing periods.

You alone decide whether to act on a prediction, how much to stake, and with which operator. Any losses you incur are yours.

A pick is time-stamped when it is published and is then read-only: the analyst cannot edit its selection, price, stake or kickoff time, and cannot delete it. Settlement is performed automatically against the official result of the fixture.

Yield, hit rate and profit shown on a profile are recomputed from the complete ledger of that analyst’s published picks. We do not accept self-reported figures and we do not publish partial samples.

• Grading disputes must be raised within 14 days of settlement.
• A human reviews disputes; the automatic result stands unless the official source was wrong.
• Where a fixture is abandoned or a market voided, the pick is graded as a push.

Free content is available without an account. Paid plans and per-analyst subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax at checkout.

Refunds are not given because a prediction lost. They are given when the service was not what was described, or within the 7-day guarantee window.

Analysts keep 80% of the subscription revenue attributable to them, paid on a 14-day cycle with a $25 minimum. There is no listing fee and exclusivity is not required.

By publishing you warrant that the record you supplied at application is genuinely yours, that it has not been edited after publication elsewhere, and that every pick you publish here reflects your actual opinion at the time.

• You must not claim guaranteed outcomes, fixed matches, or a strike rate you cannot evidence.
• You must not publish a pick after the event has started or the price has materially moved.
• You must not operate more than one analyst account, or coordinate accounts to inflate a record.

Breach of the above ends the relationship and, where the breach was dishonest, forfeits unpaid balances. Losing money on picks is not a breach and never affects your standing.

You may read, quote and link to public records freely. You may not scrape the site at volume, resell premium picks, republish paid analysis, or circumvent access controls.

You may not use SportPulse to advertise unlicensed operators, to solicit users into private groups, or to distribute malware or spam.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that odds shown are available at any bookmaker, that feeds are uninterrupted, or that any prediction will be profitable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are not liable for gambling losses. That risk is entirely yours.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the site and by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and will explain why unless prevented by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the demo territory, and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
