Frame one: the set

Hips above the shoulders, front shin at forty-five degrees, weight forward until the hands are carrying more than feels stable.

Frames two and three

The first step lands under the hips, not in front of them. The second is longer. By the third the shin angle has opened past sixty degrees and the sprinter is running, not climbing.
