No experience, and no kit beyond a pair of trainers, is needed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions last an hour and are run by Foundation coaches with a qualified first-aider present. <strong>The dome means they go ahead in any weather.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"what-to-expect\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to expect<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A gentle warm-up, then small-sided games with no running and no contact.<\/li><li>Tea and coffee in the dome cafe afterwards.<\/li><li>Transport from Meridian Central on the Foundation minibus, on request.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHalf of the people who come have not kicked a ball in forty years.
