We process attendance records under our legitimate interest in allocating away tickets fairly, and safeguarding records under our legal obligations to children and adults at risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We send marketing email only where you have asked for it, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading anps-legal-h\" id=\"who-we-share-it-with\">Who we share it with<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We share the minimum necessary with our ticketing provider, our payment provider, the company that fulfils club store orders and, for away fixtures, the host club\u2019s ticket office. Each is bound by a written agreement and none may use the information for anything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the law requires it \u2014 for example a police request in connection with a banning order \u2014 we share what we are obliged to and record what was shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading anps-legal-h\" id=\"how-long-we-keep-it\">How long we keep it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ticketing and membership records are kept for seven years after your last transaction, which is the period our auditors require. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them. Safeguarding records are kept for the period set out in the safeguarding policy, which is longer and is set by statutory guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading anps-legal-h\" id=\"your-rights\">Your rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, and object to marketing at any time.
