This agreement
Using the site means accepting these terms. They are short on purpose.
SportPulse News is published by SportPulse News Ltd, registered in England. These terms govern your use of the site, our newsletters, our apps and any content we publish.
If you do not accept them, stop using the site. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can agree to these terms for that organisation.
Using the site
You may read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, and share our work. You may not do the things below, because they either break the site or take the work of the people who made it.
- Republishing whole articles, or systematically copying substantial parts of them.
- Scraping, crawling at volume, or using automated tools to harvest content, including for training machine-learning models.
- Circumventing the paywall, sharing subscriber credentials, or reselling access.
- Interfering with the site — attacks, probing, or anything that degrades it for other readers.
- Using our name, logo or design to suggest an endorsement that does not exist.
Text and data mining, including for AI training, is expressly reserved. Licensing is available — write to partners@sportpulse.example rather than crawling us.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is being shared beyond a household, or is used to abuse other readers or our staff. Where we can, we warn first.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The price you signed up at is the price you keep for at least twelve months; if we change it after that, we tell you 30 days before the next charge.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Cancellation | Any time, from your account page, effective at the end of the current period |
| Refunds | Full refund within 14 days of a first purchase or a renewal you did not intend |
| Price changes | 30 days’ notice by email, never retroactive |
| Failed payment | Three attempts over ten days, then the subscription pauses rather than lapses |
Cancelling takes two clicks from your account page. We will not make you call, chat, or answer a survey to leave.
Copyright and licensing
All content on this site — text, photography, video, graphics and data visualisations — is owned by SportPulse News Ltd or its contributors and licensed to us. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the original.
For anything more, including republication, syndication, teaching packs and data feeds, we license generously and quickly. Ask.
If you believe we have published something inaccurate, our corrections process is described in the editorial standards. Copyright complaints go to legal@sportpulse.example with the URL and the material in question.
Comments and contributions
Where comments are open, you keep ownership of what you write and grant us a licence to display it. Comments are moderated against a short set of rules: no abuse, no defamation, no personal information, no spam.
We remove comments that break those rules and, for repeat cases, the ability to post. Moderation decisions are made by editorial staff, not advertisers.
Disclaimers and liability
We report as accurately as we can, but nothing on this site is professional advice — financial, legal, medical or otherwise. Sports data is provided as-is and may be delayed or incomplete.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Links to other sites are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for what those sites publish or do with your data.
Changes, termination and law
We may update these terms; material changes are dated at the top of this page and emailed to subscribers before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
Either of us may end this agreement at any time. Sections on copyright, liability and law survive it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — although if you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory rights your local law gives you.
// Questions about this policy
Ask a person, not a form
Data requests, complaints and questions about these terms are handled by a named member of staff and answered within five working days.
