The moves are larger than a single result justifies, which is the point of an opening weekend: pre-season prices are built on thin information and the first real data gets weighted heavily. Ashford City\u2019s win was over a promoted side and told nobody anything; the Northvale United draw, with the visitors\u2019 new midfield looking disjointed, told the market rather more, and the Ashford City price moved on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Where the value went is more interesting than where the prices did.
